|Privacy of Personal Information Policy|
Every Perceptech employee or manager is responsible for maintaining and protecting the customer information under his or her control. In fulfilling this mandate, each Perceptech manager is accountable for the company's compliance with the privacy of data transiting Perceptech’s files. Every employee and manager has signed a confidentiality policy form.
Customer information which is collected will be used only by Perceptech, its employees and directors for the purpose for which it is collected, unless required or permitted otherwise by law.
It is the responsibility of organizations that are Perceptech clients to obtain their customers’ consent to providing Perceptech with information relevant to contractual activities.
|Safeguarding Customer Information
Customer information is protected by computerized and manual security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information and respect the time periods required to enable research on behalf of client organizations. Such periods vary from three and five years.
Upon request by a client organization, Perceptech can provide it with details of relevant transactions, but never divulges personal information of the client organization’s customers to a third party.
Client organizations or their customers may direct any complaints about a violation of principles outlined above by contacting a Perceptech manager.
